Bobby J. Brown’s Death
Video Shows Barn Blaze That Killed ‘The Wire’ Star
Published
TMZ has obtained intense footage of the barn fire that killed “The Wire” actor Bobby J. Brown this week … and it shows the large structure covered in thick smoke.
Check out the clip … firefighters are working hard to put out the blaze that erupted on the 50-by-100-foot barn in Chaptico, Maryland. You can still see flames ripping through the structure under the cloud of smoke … and the roof is completely gone. A photo from the Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal further highlights the damage from the ground.
We also obtained frightening dispatch audio that confirmed the barn was fully ablaze with a male trapped inside, after he tried to start an old Cadillac. Once the fire was under control, firefighters located Bobby inside … but it was too late.

Denise Richards Must Pay Ex-Aaron Phypers $5K Monthly Support
Denise Richards
Ordered to Pay Ex-Aaron $5K in Spousal Bills
Published
Denise Richards is the one writing checks in her messy divorce from Aaron Phypers.
According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, a judge on Wednesday ordered Denise to pay Aaron $5K per month in temporary spousal support while the divorce plays out. The payments are due on the 5th of each month starting March 5 and will continue until further order of the court.
In addition, the docs state Denise must foot Aaron $25K in attorney’s fees, plus an additional $5K that may be used for a forensic accountant. The $30K total will be paid in three $10K installments at the end of March, April and May.
The ruling stems from Aaron’s October 2025 request for spousal support. Both he and Denise were sworn in and testified before the judge made the decision.
As we previously reported … the split between the former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star and Phypers has been anything but amicable. The two have traded accusations over finances, income and business dealings, with disputes over who should shoulder mounting legal costs becoming a central fight in the case.

Is Vaping More Dangerous Than Smoking? #vape
Is Vaping More Dangerous Than Smoking? #vape. The popularity of vaping, or the use of electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes), has surged in recent years, particularly among young adults and adolescents. This phenomenon can be attributed to various factors, including perceived safety compared to traditional cigarettes, marketing tactics, social influences, and product innovation. Here’s a comprehensive look at the factors contributing to the popularity of vapes: 1. Perceived Safety: Misconception of Harm Reduction: Many individuals perceive vaping as a safer alternative to traditional smoking. While e-cigarettes generally contain fewer harmful chemicals than combustible tobacco products, they are not without risks, and the long-term health effects are still not fully understood. Flavor Variety: E-cigarettes offer a wide range of flavors, including fruit, candy, dessert, and beverage flavors, which appeal to younger demographics. The availability of appealing flavors can make vaping seem less harmful and more enjoyable compared to traditional cigarettes. 2. Marketing and Advertising: Youth-Oriented Marketing: E-cigarette companies have employed marketing strategies that target young people through social media, sponsorships, and celebrity endorsements. These tactics have contributed to the normalization and glamorization of vaping among youth and adolescents. Perception of Coolness: E-cigarette marketing often portrays vaping as trendy, fashionable, and socially acceptable, especially among younger demographics. The association with popular culture, influencers, and peer groups can influence perceptions of vaping as a desirable behavior #cool #smoking

‘Below Deck’s Captain Sandy Yawn Confronts Accused Scam Builder in Court, On Video
‘Below Deck’ Captain Sandy
Rages at Accused Fraudster in Court!!!
Published
Captain Sandy Yawn steered herself straight into a courtroom showdown … accusing a contractor of pocketing millions of dollars from people like her and leaving dream homes half-built.
The “Below Deck” boss showed up in a St. Johns County, Florida courtroom Tuesday and went face-to-face with Spencer Calvert, the ex-Pineapple Corp. owner, in a victim impact statement … telling him point-blank he had wrecked her financially.

Sandy didn’t hold back … she said while he was still chilling in his big home, others like her were left scrambling to pick up the pieces.
Calvert had taken a plea deal … but that deal was rejected this week following objections from alleged victims in court.
Calvert is charged with organized scheme to defraud, misapplication of construction funds, and grand theft … all felonies — WTLV-TV reports 13 victims suffered an estimated combined loss of $18 million.
Yawn pushed the judge to lock him up for at least 10 years … blasting the plea deal that would’ve meant 5 years behind bars, $1.47 million in payback … and what Yawn basically called a slap on the wrist.
Sandy wasn’t alone. She was one of several emotional families testifying against Calvert, who prosecutors say raked in a jaw-dropping $15 million in deposits … and left homes unfinished.
