Joshua Jackson may have picked up a thing or two from “Karate Kid: Legends” … we got video of him going H.A.M. in a boxing gym with a trainer.
Watch the video … the 47-year-old actor ditched his shirt for the workout, really working up a sweat as he bobbed and weaved in the ring while throwing in some pretty impressive jabs!
He later goes to work solo on a speed bag like an old pro.
Joshua has publicly said that starring in “Karate Kid: Legends” in the role of a former boxer was a dream for him, but there’s no word on whether he’s training for another role or just really fell in love with boxing.

Shia LaBeouf just got hit with more legal troubles … police in New Orleans reportedly issued a new warrant in connection to his bar brawl early Mardi Gras morning on Feb. 17.
The warrant was issued Friday and involves an additional victim from the physical altercation that went down involving the Disney alum at R Bar in the French Quarter, WWL Louisiana reports, citing multiple sources. TMZ has reached out to NOPD for comment … so far, nothing back.
We told you all about the beatdown — Shia allegedly got physical with at least 2 people outside of R Bar … before getting his ass whooped and taken to the clink on 2 counts of simple battery. The official police report also says he hurled homophobic slurs multiple times at a group of people outside the bar.
He was released on his own recognizance — meaning he didn’t have to post bond — hours after his arrest and headed straight to Bourbon Street to celebrate Mardi Gras … and even took his release papers with him to show off to fellow partiers.
On Thursday, a judge tore him apart for his offensive language … and set a $100,000 bail while also ordering Shia to undergo drug testing and enroll in substance abuse treatment. His request to leave the county for his father’s baptism was also denied.

Bill Cosby‘s rape accuser Donna Motsinger says the TV star can’t be bothered to show up to court for a trial in a lawsuit she filed against him.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ. Motsinger says Bill will not testify in court … she claims it’s “because he does not care to appear.”
Motsinger says Bill won’t show his face at the trial either … and the only time the jury will hear from him will be a previously taped deposition.
As we previously reported, Motsinger claims Bill drugged and raped her in 1972. In the case, Bill admitted during a deposition that he obtained a recreational prescription for Quaaludes that he secured from a gynecologist at a poker game.

Bill also said heΒ planned to use the pillsΒ to give to women in the hopes of having sex with them.
Motsinger alleged Bill gave her a pill that she thought was aspirin. She claimed she felt off after taking it and said she woke up the next day in her bed with only her underwear on.
Here, it sounds like Motsinger wants to play the deposition for the jury.
