Very High, Very Fast: Teens Are Vaping Super-Potent Marijuana and Parents Are Often Clueless

Teenagers are participating in a dangerous trend that’s sweeping the nation. A growing number of America’s youths, even as young as 11 years old, are vaping THC, the ingredient in marijuana that makes a person “high.” The most recent CDC figures available show more than one in five high school seniors vaped THC in 2020, which was a significant increase over prior years, and likely even greater today.

Many parents may know THC is the main psychoactive compound in marijuana but don’t realize vaping it is much more potent than smoking a joint. Unlike typical marijuana cigarettes that contain 10% THC, today’s new THC vaping devices can concentrate it to a staggering 95%.

Nora Volkow, M.D., director of the National Institute on Drug Abuse, told CBN News the high-content THC people are consuming can cause serious mental issues.

Blake Lively asked the judge in her lawsuit against Justin Baldoni for a little extra time to explain how much she will be seeking in attorneys’ fees in the case … in part due to her busy schedule … TMZ has learned.

The “Gossip Girl” alum’s legal team wrote a letter to the federal judge in the since-settled legal battle. Blake recently lost her attempt to get punitive damages but was awarded legal fees.

A deadline was set for June 22 to submit her papers, but Blake said she would like some extra time … at least 7 days but up to another 30 days, which would push things out to mid-July.

She said if the judge plans to hear her arguments on how much she should be awarded in legal fees … her lawyers need time to pull together all the relevant arguments and billing records.

On top of that, Blake said she and her legal team have a “number of conflicting personal and professional obligations, including international travel.”

A judge has yet to rule on Blake’s request for an extension.

UFC Freedom 250
FBI Folds Alleged Attack Involving Explosive Drones

A terrifying terror plot involving explosive drones aimed at this weekend’s UFC Freedom 250 event in Washington, D.C., was reportedly foiled by the FBI.

Federal officials told Fox News Digital the plot called for explosive-packed drones to strike buildings near the UFC event, triggering chaos and a mass evacuation. Authorities allege the goal was to funnel panicked crowds into the path of a sniper team that had already been positioned nearby.

“Capitalist elites” and “billionaires” were reportedly targeted, plus politicians who received donations from the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.

The FBI, in partnership with other law enforcement agencies, busted the alleged scheme and had 5 suspects in custody by Monday, per Fox News Digital. Investigators say they’ve also identified 23 people believed to be connected to the operation thanks to Signal chats that allegedly showed them discussing attacking the UFC event.

Authorities reportedly learned of the planned attack on June 10 and first arrested an allegedly affiliated individual in Cincinatti. Other organizers reportedly planned to travel to Fredericksburg, Virginia, on June 12 or 13 to kick off the operation.

TMZ has reached out to the FBI and Department of Justice for comment … so far, no word back. Police in Washington, D.C. directed us to federal agencies.

We covered the historic UFC event — President Donald Trump and Dana White arrived on the White House’s South Lawn ahead of the fight via a red, white, and blue carpet following an epic flyover by 12 U.S. military jets.

Heavy hitters like Kid Rock, Mackenzie Dern, Joshua Van and Diego Lopes attended the event … watching all seven fights end in a knockout.

Anna Kepner’s Stepbrother in Custody After Judge Revokes Pretrial Release

Anna Kepner’s Stepbrother
Back Behind Bars After Judge Revokes Release

Timothy Hudson, the 16-year-old accused of killing his stepsister, Anna Kepner, aboard a Carnival cruise ship, surrendered to U.S. Marshals after Magistrate Judge Edwin Torres ordered him back into custody.

Hudson turned himself in Monday after Judge Torres revoked the teen’s pretrial release, just days after prosecutors argued he should no longer remain free while awaiting trial.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the judge cited the government’s evidence and ruled Hudson poses a danger to both himself and others. In the order, the judge wrote the prosecution’s case alleging forcible rape is “beyond clear and convincing” and said the allegations suggest “a level of psychopathy and lack of remorse” that raises concerns Hudson could “snap at any time.”

The judge also noted circumstances have changed since Hudson was initially released in February, when he was being prosecuted as a juvenile. He has since been indicted and arraigned as an adult on charges including murder and aggravated sexual abuse.

Federal prosecutors previously sought to keep Hudson detained following his arrest, but were unsuccessful under the Juvenile Detention Act, which generally favors releasing minors while their cases move through the court system.

Hudson is accused in the November 2025 death of his 18-year-old stepsister aboard Carnival Horizon. Court records show Kepner was last seen returning to the cabin she shared with Hudson and her younger half-brother.

She was found dead beneath a bed the following day. The Miami-Dade Medical Examiner ruled her death a homicide caused by mechanical asphyxiation.
