Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass Orders Probe Into Fatal Dog Shooting by LAPD
Karen Bass To LAPD Chief
Time To Investigate That Dog Shooting By Your Officers
Published
Karen Bass isn’t letting the LAPD off the hook for killing a cute fluffy dog during a Knicks NBA Finals celebration last weekend, according to a new report.
The Los Angeles mayor has ordered a probe into the LAPD officers who shot to death Jameson — a mixed golden retriever, Saint Bernard and poodle — after police responded to Saturday’s distress call of a woman screaming at an apartment complex, the New York Post reports.
In a press release, Bass said “every life lost to violence is a tragedy, and we know that the devastating loss of Jameson will be felt by his family forever.”
Bass also said she personally spoke with LAPD Chief of Police Jim McDonnell to ensure there’s accountability for any wrongdoing, adding that she will be keeping tabs on the “transparent and thorough” investigation.
During the tragic incident, officers ordered the canine’s owner and avid Knicks fan, Marie Marseille, to secure Jameson, but cops say the dog dashed at them so they opened fire, killing the pooch.
All this happened moments after Marie celebrated the Knicks 94-90 victory over the Spurs to take home the NBA Finals trophy.
Making matters worse, Marie tells TMZ … the LAPD has yet to offer an apology for killing her beloved Jameson.

Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO Already Dividing Assets and Property Amid Divorce
Jelly Roll & Bunnie XO
Amicably Sorting Out Assets After Split
Published
Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO are wasting little time untangling their lives after calling it quits … ’cause TMZ has learned the former couple is already making progress on dividing up their property and other assets.
Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … the split has been moving smoothly behind the scenes. We’re told both sides are focused on making sure each person gets what they deserve, and so far there have been no major disputes over money or property.
In fact, sources tell us Bunnie is already walking away with at least one of the couple’s homes as part of the asset division. We’re told the process has been amicable so far, with both sides focused on making sure each person gets what they deserve.
Our sources say the former couple have already been living separately and moved into their own homes following the split. Jelly Roll and Bunnie own several properties in the Nashville area, and people close to them have been told the estate they once shared could eventually be sold.
TMZ obtained photos earlier this week showing a moving truck outside that property … prompting questions about who was leaving the home. Sources tell us it was Bunnie making the move.
Meanwhile, the couple’s social media ties appear to be fading too. Jelly Roll recently removed Bunnie XO’s name from his Instagram bio and hit the stage in Toronto with Post Malone on Tuesday night, continuing his tour despite the personal upheaval.

Carole Radziwill Beefs With ‘RHONY Costar Sai De Silva Over Epstein Files
‘RHONY’ Carole Radziwill
Costar Sai Drags Her On Camera …
For Being in Epstein Files!!!
Published
Carole Radziwill got into it with Sai De Silva while they filmed the upcoming season of “The Real Housewives of New York” … and it’s all because Carole was dragged into the Jeffrey Epstein mess.
Production sources tell TMZ … Sai made it a point to bring up Carole’s name being in the infamous Epstein Files.
Carole was close to Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell.
Carole addressed her ties to Ghislaine in an interview with The New York Times back in March, saying … “Imagine knowing someone… and then they turn out to be, like, a monster.”
Ghislaine is also the photographer who snapped Carole’s author photo for her 2005 memoir.
Sources tell TMZ Sai and Carole beefed throughout the season … after Sai decided to grill Carole about the Epstein Files … telling people she felt the need to speak up because she has children.
Sources tell TMZ the season wrapped, but the cast is still finishing filming confessionals.
A production source tells TMZ … ‘RHONY’ producers were delighted with Carole … after deciding to bring her back to the show for season 16. Carole previously starred on the show from seasons 5 to 10.
We’re told Carole is featured in every episode despite being a friend of the cast. The producers felt Carole really delivered during production.
A production source tells TMZ … Carole was asked to be a full-time cast member but declined … because she doesn’t want the obligations.
