D4vd‘s asking if he can ditch his handcuffs for his preliminary hearing in Celeste Rivas‘ murder case.

According to NBC 4 Los Angeles, the singer filed a motion requesting his cuffs and other restraints be removed for the prelim, which is set to start tomorrow.

D4vd’s attorney, Blair Berk, said in the motion that he’s never tried to escape or been disruptive, arguing that his 5 court appearances have all been uneventful.

Prosecutors will be presenting evidence in court — some of which is expecting to be pretty graphic — as they try to convince a judge there’s enough to warrant a murder trial.

As you know, D4vd was arrested and charged with the first-degree murder back in April, 7 months after the teen’s body was found dismembered in a Tesla registered to him.

He was also charged with lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 … as well as mutilating a body.

The prosecution claims D4vd started having a sexual relationship with Celeste when she was just 13 years old.

They say they have DNA evidence, surveillance footage, text messages, and phone records that indicate the musician is responsible for the young girl’s horrific death.

D4vd has pleaded not guilty and been in custody since he was arrested earlier this year.

As of right now, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charlaine Olmedo hasn’t responded to his unshackling motion.

A source familiar with the situation tells TMZ … a man was allegedly filming Travis Scott chatting with another attendee inside the NYC hot spot when Travis allegedly confronted him.

We’re told members of Travis’ entourage then allegedly began throwing bottles … and Jordan jumped in to de-escalate the situation. Both were ultimately removed from the venue.

Jordan, of course, recently helped the New York Knicks capture their first NBA championship in 53 years … but Saturday night, his defense apparently extended beyond the basketball court.

As TMZ previously reported … Zero Bond was packed with celebrities for the Raising Cane’s bash, including Tate McRae, Alix Earle, Jake and Logan Paul, and plenty more.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

50 Cent also took the stage during the star-studded bash … performing for the packed crowd before the night took its chaotic turn.

We’ve reached out to reps for Travis, Jordan, Zero Bond and the NYPD … so far, no word back.

Ten years after a 2-year-old boy was killed by an alligator at Walt Disney World, newly released records reveal the resort has removed a staggering 414 gators from its property since the tragedy.

The staggering number comes a decade after 2-year-old Lane Graves was fatally drowned by an alligator while playing near the shoreline of a lagoon outside Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort in June 2016.

According to records, obtained by ClickOrlando, hundreds of alligators have been trapped and removed from Disney World property since the tragedy, highlighting the ongoing challenge of managing wildlife at the massive Florida resort.

The attack sparked nationwide headlines and prompted major safety changes around Disney’s waterways. Warning signs, barriers, and other measures were added throughout the resort after Lane’s death, while wildlife officials increased efforts to monitor and remove nuisance alligators from guest areas.

The young boy’s death remains one of the most heartbreaking incidents in Disney World history. Lane was vacationing with his family from Nebraska when he was attacked.

The newly released figures offer a glimpse into the scale of the work being done behind the scenes to keep guests safe.

Vasana Montgomery — one of the announced cast members for season 8 of “Love Island USA” — has already been kicked off the show … TMZ has learned, after allegedly using a racial slur.

Here’s the deal … videos surfaced online which appear to show the contestant from Beaverton, Oregon using the n-word.

In one clip, Montgomery appears to say it while rapping along to a song … while, in another, she yells it out while her friend is playing an arcade game.

Production sources tell TMZ … Vasana will no longer be on the show.

Our sources say the videos that have surfaced on social media appear to be private videos — clips not publicly shared until after the cast was announced, which is why they wouldn’t have come up when production vetted Vasana.

We’ve reached out to Vasana … no word back yet.

Kenzie Annis

This season’s cast has been under a microscope since they were all announced just a few days ago … with contestant Kenzie Annis catching flak for posing with people who appear to be wearing MAGA attire.

Kenzie’s family later pushed back … with her dad, Tim, telling TMZ his daughter is not a Trumper and the family is not either.

Yulissa escobar on

This isn’t the first time “Love Island USA” producers have had to deal with a cast member allegedly saying racist remarks. Remember, last year Yulissa Escobar was kicked off the show after dropping the n-word on multiple podcast clips.
