According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the man, Connor Litka, made the remarks to a staff member at the crisis center. The docs say Connor said that in July 2025 he stopped taking his psychiatric medication.

A staff member at the crisis center says he reported to an employee that he and his girlfriend Sophie took a “blood oath” and it was an “intense experience.” The report said Connor told staff he wanted to get out of “here” and claimed he wanted to leave South Bend, Indiana, and go back to “Florida to be with Sophie.”

The docs say Connor believed he was no longer on probation and that he was still sending Sophie money, at least $500.

The report also said Connor’s mother has been calling the center because she is concerned about his increasingly erratic behavior and is unsure how to help him. The crisis center staffer said they remained concerned he would continue to escalate his behavior due to his history and current manic symptoms.

Per the court docs, Connor was recently arrested for domestic battery against a woman and failed a drug test.

As TMZ first reported, Connor was arrested in February 2025 after law enforcement says he attempted to break into Sophie and her friend’s Florida rental home. Sources say Sophie returned home from attending Super Bowl parties to find her windows smashed and Connor inside the home.

The SWAT team launched into action and got the man out of the home. He was later sentenced to 5 years’ probation

Sophie tells TMZ … “This situation has been deeply frightening for me and my family. I have never taken a ‘blood oath’ with this individual, and any belief that we have a personal relationship is completely untrue.”

She adds … “I sincerely hope he receives the treatment and support he needs, but my priority has to be protecting my safety and the people around me. Because this is an ongoing legal and security matter, I cannot discuss specific precautions being taken.”

We’re told the 94-year-old is in good spirits and happy to be out of the hospital following his recent health scare.

As TMZ previously reported, Clive was hospitalized in New York last week after developing an upper respiratory infection. At the time, his spokesperson said he had been admitted out of an abundance of caution and was expected to make a quick recovery.

Looks like that prediction was spot on … with Clive now resting comfortably at home as he continues to recover. Clive, who is famous for his Grammy parties, has battled health issues before … in February 2021 he was diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy.

Still, the music icon has remained active well into his 90s, continuing to attend industry events and champion new artists decades after helping launch the careers of some of music’s biggest stars.

Lee County Sheriff’s Office

An out-of-control driver slammed into the back of a school bus on a Florida street, shearing off his roof, somehow survived … and later got arrested for an unrelated crime.

Here’s the deal … the Lee County Sheriff’s Office shared a video of a Jaguar rapidly accelerating down a road in Fort Myers Wednesday, running headlong into the bright yellow bus.

It looks like a pretty nasty crash initially … with the car wedged hard underneath the rear of the bus. However, authorities say the driver — 32-year-old Jacob Novak — was relatively uninjured and no children were riding in the bus at the time. The bus driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Novak was cited for following too closely and headed home on foot — the trouble seemingly in his rearview — until cops received a call about a domestic battery incident later in the day.

According to a police report, a sheriff’s deputy arrived at a house and made contact with Novak and an unidentified woman. Jackson claimed their altercation had been purely verbal, not physical.

Cops say two eyewitnesses told a different story … one told police they’d seen Jacob push the woman several times up against a garage door.

According to the police, Jacob had several injuries from a crash sustained earlier in the day … and deputies say they were not able to determine if the injuries were caused by the female, as they didn’t seem to line up with what he alleged about their altercation.

Novak was eventually arrested for one count of battery, touch or strike (DV) and taken to jail.
