D4vd and Celeste Rivas Intimate Texts: Read the Timeline
D4vd Murder Case
Timeline of Alleged Texts With Celeste
Published
Prosecutors presented what they described as an 18-month text message trail between D4vd and Celeste Rivas … arguing the exchanges documented the progression of their relationship from pregnancy scares, abortion discussions and plans to live together … leading up to her alleged murder.
Deputy District Attorney Beth Silverman walked through messages dating back to November 2023 … when prosecutors say Celeste was 13 and D4vd — real name David Anthony Burke — was 18 — noting their initial communication began all the way back in August 2022, when Celeste was just 11.
Early texts included discussions about missed periods, ovulation tracking and pregnancy prevention — with D4vd allegedly advising her about taking emergency contraceptives such as Plan B.
Silverman showed texts from December 31, 2023 … where D4vd says to Celeste, “why not 1 band why u deserve ten,” in which Celeste responds … “10 because u f***** me ten times >.
By January 2024, prosecutors say the texts centered on a tattoo, pregnancy, and abortion.
The judge saw messages in which D4vd apologized for putting Celeste “through this,” asked when she was “gonna get it done” … later checking on what prosecutors contend was an abortion appointment, saying “you’re [so much] stronger than me baby lmao. i love you.”
In February 2024, prosecutors pointed to messages they say showed plans for Celeste to leave her parent’s home — referred to as “Operation Awesome.” The pair discussed packing duffel bags and coordinating transportation, while investigators testified her family reported her missing that same day.
The messages became increasingly explicit throughout summer 2024 … with conversations about repeated sexual encounters, pregnancy scares, recording intimate videos, marriage and future children.
By late 2024 and early 2025, the relationship appeared to be unraveling. Celeste wrote she “literally had sex with u for almost a year straight,” and in March 2025 she told D4vd she wanted more than “just have sex and hang out.”
Silverman then focused on the pair’s final exchanges in April 2025 … the month prosecutors claim D4vd murdered Celeste.
After arguing over another woman — Aysia Collins — the two still arranged to meet on April 23.
That evening, Celeste texted that she was almost at D4vd’s Hollywood Hills home after he ordered her an Uber. Roughly 20 minutes later, D4vd began repeatedly texting to ask where she was — after Uber records showed she had arrived.
On cross-examination, defense attorney Blair Berk argued prosecutors ignored important context. She highlighted messages showing Celeste had represented herself as older online, threatened to kill D4vd, ruin his career and expose private information, and repeatedly pushed to see him before the April 23 meeting.
Berk argued it was Celeste — not David — who insisted on meeting that night and asked him to send the Uber.
Prosecutors claim D4vd lured Celeste to his home, fatally stabbed her and later dismembered her body before stuffing her remains inside two bags that were ultimately discovered inside his Tesla.
D4vd is charged with one count each of murder, continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14, and unlawful mutilation of human remains. He has pleaded not guilty.

Kaitlan Collins Says She Wasn’t ‘Surprised’ Trump Attacked Her During WHCD Speech
Kaitlan Collins
Trump Comparing Me to Dylan Mulvaey?
Not Surprised One Bit!!!
Published
Kaitlan Collins is still in a back and forth with President Trump, telling Jon Stewart she wasn’t surprised at all the commander-in-chief insulted her during his speech at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner because he does it all the time.
The CNN host of “The Source With Kaitlan Collins” sat down with Stewart on Monday’s episode of “The Daily Show,” revealing that the president “pretty regularly” insults her inside the Oval Office, so it was no biggie that he did it at the WHCD last Friday. She said the only difference this time was that it was a larger venue.
She also said Trump was just pissed she won an award for her tough-as-nails reporting about him, which is why he likened her to trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney during his WHCD speech. Trump also said Kaitlyn never smiles despite being young and attractive and she works for “CNN fake news.”
As you know, Kaitlan won the White House Correspondents’ Award for Excellence in Presidential News Coverage Under Deadline Pressure in broadcast journalism for her reports on Trump’s 2025 Oval Office meetings with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Shortly after Trump likened Kaitlan to Mulvaney and insulted her during his WHCD speech, the CNN anchor took to Instagram to fire back at the president, saying he attacked her because of the uncomfortable questions she often asks.
She made similar remarks on Monday’s Daily Show, saying Trump was clearly bothered by her winning the award for her coverage of him and the questions she asks and the “non-answers that we get.”
Stay tuned for more.

Cassie Shuts Down Ex-Male Escort in Court Battle Over Diddy Freak Offs
Cassie scored a legal victory in the battle with one of the former male escorts suing her over freak offs with her ex, Diddy, TMZ has learned.
According to court docs obtained by TMZ, a federal court judge sided with Cassie and dismissed all claims against her brought by Clayton Howard.
The order does, however, give him the opportunity to amend some of his claims to potentially revive a portion of the case against Cassie.
Clayton’s sued both Diddy and Cassie, claiming he suffered damages, including psychological injuries, after participating in the freak offs. He claimed Cassie coordinated the events.
Cassie claimed Clayton only brought his lawsuit after he discovered she settled with Diddy for $20 million.
She also pointed to a text the former male escort-turned-law student sent her husband, Alex Fine, after she came forward with her claims. The text was sent before she settled her lawsuit with Diddy.
Clayton told Cassie’s husband “your wife’s truth is 100% valid as I’m sure you did as well, I would have come forward and I’m glad she got some form of Justice!”
The former male escort claimed the text did not prove anything.
For his part, Diddy denied all claims of wrongdoing.
