Ron Ely — star of the Nineteen Sixties TV present — “Tarzan” died from a coronary heart concern … TMZ has discovered.

In keeping with the demise certificates, obtained by TMZ, Ron’s official reason for demise is listed as “end-stage coronary heart illness.”
