Shipping from CANADA by CANADA POST. Once your order has been packed and ready to ship you will be emailed a tracking number, which can be tracked via the Canada Post website. New orders are typically packed and ready to ship within 24 hours of ordering. Once shipped your order will take approximately 1-5 days to be delivered.

All products are shipped by Canada Post from Ontario, Canada.

Shipping cost is a flat rate of $14.99 to anywhere in Canada.

Once you have placed your order and payment is confirmed, you will receive confirmation your order is ready to ship from ecig canada zone.  You will also receive an email from Canada Post with your tracking number, and other shipping information.  There will be a link in the email from Canada Post which will allow you to track your shipment to your door.  I visit the post office a minimum of once per day, with the exception of Saturday and Sunday.

For your discretion, I ship all products as follows:  ONLY FIRST ORDER REQUIRES SIGNATURE AND ID After First Order…….Second, Third Etc…No signature required.  If you would like any alternate shipping options, please send me the details in comments area.

All orders are sealed in a bubble wrapped envelopes.  All e-liquid is individually sealed in zip lock bags.   All batteries, atomizers, etc. are further bubble wrapped or individually boxed.  All orders come with a physical copy of your order.  Starter kits also come with an information booklet.

When possible, Xpresspost is my standard delivery method.  This is the fastest shipping method available in Canada after next-day shipping.  There are two reasons why I would not use Xpresspost:

• When the delivery time of Xpresspost is the same as expedited parcel service.
• When the cost of Xpresspost exceeds $20 –

There is a maximum $100 liability coverage on all shipments.  If you would like additional insurance, please indicate this in the comments area when placing your order, and I will contact you with the new shipping cost.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact me.  It is the shipper’s responsibility to contact Canada Post to begin the process of tracing and/or making an insurance claim on an item.  This process can take 14-30 business days to complete.

General Shipping

eCig Canada Zone generally ships orders from our warehouse within one business day.  Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order will take up to two days to ship.  If this happens we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will ship.  Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number.  Tracking numbers will be sent you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us.  Generally we will ship all orders via Canada Post.  We reserve the right to use any carrier.
