Most products come with a Manufacturer Warranty. Due to the diverse number of suppliers and their different replacement, policies, procedures and time periods we will be happy to handle all of the Warranty claims that are confirmed to be valid by us(With in 15 days of Purchase) . We will send you a replacement product immediately upon confirming the root cause of failure and confirming manufacturer warranty. We deal with the manufacture without you having to worry.

All products to be returned to ECIG CANADA ZONE need a Customer Return Authorization Number(CRA#) please e-mail customer service stating the product and the issue you are having with it. We will then immediately get to work about seeing what can be done and make arrangements for the return and replacement as applicable. With all the clones of true products Now manufactures require the serial numbers of all items for warranty with out the serial numbers they will not replace the defective items.

Due to user nature of RBA and RBT or Hybrids there is no Warranty on these Products cause we are not the Persons building these items and have No idea on what the customer is doing to the said products. No matter how long you have been doing it we can not Guarantee it has been done right or wrong.

Due to the nature of atomizers and the nature of variable voltage devices we are unable to make warranty on Atomizers. There is no warranty on cartomizers, clearomizers, tanks and Tips.

Product replacements will not be shipped out separately if the product has a retail price under $10.00 and a credit will be issued in lue of the replacement item.
Customer is responsible for charges relating to shipping product back to ECIG CANADA ZONE for evaluation for any and all warranty claims. If product is found to have a warrantable defect replacement product will be shipped to customer at no charge. If product is deemed not to have a warrantable defect product can be shipped back to customer at customers expense.

On Clearance items we do not offer warranty on items as they are market down below cost to clear them out.

Due to personal preferences and tastes, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for E-Liquid products. All E-Liquid purchases are final.

Damages & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of.  Most of our products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. If your item has a defect, please contact the manufacturer as instructed in the paperwork that came with the product. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, feel free to contact us.  If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.

Customer Satisfaction is of utmost importance at Ecig Canada Zone. If you are dissatisfied with merchandise purchased through  Ecig Canada Zone for any reason or your product stops working within 30 days we will exchange your product.


For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our Customers, we cannot accept exchange of used/opened packs of Cartomizers/Clearomizers. Therefore, our Exchange Policy EXCLUDES any and all cartridges or e liquids. At your option, you may receive an exchange, excluding shipping cost, or a replacement item if available. The process is very simple and straightforward:

1. Repackage the item including all original parts, packing material, instructions, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise could result in refusal of your exchange and loss of any exchange or replacement item.

2. Open a support ticket with your Order Number, the issue you are facing, and what you would like the outcome to be, which you can do here: contact us

3. Include a copy of the original Packing List in the package, and indicate what needs to be replaced or exchanged for, to be sent to you. Please also include the email that you signed up with on www.ecigcanadazone.com.

4. Ship the item (at your expense and your choice of carrier) to the address with which you were provided on the original Packing List that was sent with your item.
5. If you are to receive an exchange, it will be issued by Ecig Canada Zone when the returned item has been received in satisfactory condition. Exchange will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the items.

5. You decided to cancel your order

If the order hasn't been shipped out yet, we can cancel the order and issue you a refund with no penalty. If you do not cancel the order until after it has already been shipped, your situation will be handled according to situation 6 below.

6. You refuse the delivery of your order, and it comes back to us

If you refuse an item and it comes back to us, you will be issued a refund LESS a 15% restocking fee and our actual cost for shipping and handling.  If the item is damaged during the shipping process, no refund will be issued until the shipping insurance claim process is complete. Once the shipping claim process is complete, you will be issued a refund in the amount we are reimbursed by the shipping company (minus the amount the shipping company charges us for the shipment to you and back to us). If the shipping company does not approve the claim, we are unable to provide a refund.
